We contact hotels directly
We reach out to extended stay hotels and furnished apartment operators in your city and request their best monthly or weekly rate.
Hotels often give 30–50% discounts for 30+ night guests that never appear on OTAs. They also prefer direct bookings for long stays — it saves them commission fees.
You get curated options
Within 24–48 hours, we send you 3–5 options by email — property name, location, rate, amenities, and relevant notes.
No pressure to book. You contact the hotel directly, compare, and choose. We do the legwork; you make the call.

How much does it cost?
Nothing. XtendStay is free for travelers. We're building relationships with hotels and plan to charge them a referral fee once we've proven value.
What cities do you cover?
We're currently focused on Houston, Atlanta, Phoenix, Dallas, and Charlotte — five high-demand markets. More cities are coming.
What counts as an extended stay?
Any stay of 7 nights or longer qualifies, though we specialize in 30–90+ night stays where the savings from monthly rates are most significant.
Do you book for me, or just send options?
We send options — you book directly with the hotel. We're a concierge, not a booking platform. You keep full control.
Why are the rates better than Expedia?
OTAs are built for short stays. Extended stay hotels have long-term pricing negotiated off-platform. We know to ask for those rates, and hotels prefer it because it saves them the OTA commission.
How do I know the options are relevant?
We filter for properties that match your must-haves and your travel context. If you're a travel nurse, we won't send you a party hostel.
